1. Right to Return

The buyer has the right to return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of purchase without providing any reason. To exercise the right of return, please notify our customer service department and then send the product back to our address.

2. Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged, and unused condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, instructions, and other items that were included with the order.
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) must be included.

3. Products Damaged by the Buyer

If the product has been damaged by the buyer, the return will not be accepted. Damages include, but are not limited to:

  • Visible mechanical damages (cracks, scratches, dents, etc.).
  • Signs of wear indicating excessive use or improper handling.
  • Any modifications to the product made by the buyer.

4. Exceptions to the Return Policy

Returns do not apply to products that are part of special collections. These products are marked on our website and in the product description as "special collection" and are not subject to return or exchange.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service department to notify your intention to return. Please provide the order number and reason for the return.
  2. You will receive detailed instructions from us regarding the shipment of the returned product.
  3. Prepare the product for shipment, ensuring it is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
  4. Send the product to the address provided by us.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the payment to the account from which the payment was made within 14 business days.

6. Return Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a different product than ordered).
